Conditioned Air Units

Contruction

Exterior: Textured enamel finish on treated mild steel
Interior: Seam Welded, anti-corrosive stainless steel

Heating

Incaloy sheathed electric elements mounted in chamber ducting and controlled by solid state devices to eliminate electrical interference

Cooling

Mechanical Refrigeration systems utilising only internationally approved refrigerants

Air Circulation

High performance electric motors, mounted externally to the insulated test compartments, are connected to the internal fan blades with extended length stainless steel motor shafts. The high pressure fan creates the optimum volume of airflow for reliable and consistent testing

Temperature Control

An advanced microprocessor controller provides digital indication of set point and actual temperature. A platinum resistance sensor ensures the highest accuracy and stability of temperature control

Safety Control

A pre-adjusted thermostat is set to activate the protection circuit at 5°C above the maximum operating range of the unit
